Bikini Cleaning Cancellation and Refund Policy
 

We understand that plans may change, and sometimes cancellations are inevitable. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
 

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellation requests must be submitted through our online platform or by contacting our customer support at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning service.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Refund Eligibility:​

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a valid refund request.

    • The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

  3. Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

    • Failure to provide a safe and appropriate working environment for our cleaners.

    • Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of our safety and security policy.

  4. Rescheduling:

    • Clients may request to reschedule a cleaning service without incurring additional charges if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  5. Service Provider Cancellation:

    • In the rare event that Bikini Cleaning needs to cancel a scheduled service, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided.

  6. Policy Updates:

    • Bikini Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes.
